The Consolidated Application is the mechanism by which all Federal Title grants receive funding.  The Consolidated Application includes: Title I Part A    Education of Disadvantaged Children and Youth Title I Part A   NCLB Public School Choice Options Title II Part A  Teacher and Principal Training and Recruiting Program Title II Part D  Enhancing Education through Technology Title III Part A  English Language Acquisition Title IV Part A  Safe and Drug-Free Schools Recommended Action Approve the request as presented. Financial Impact All funds are supplementary to basic education.
